That's what I was recently asked.
Great question and very valid indeed.

The best way to answer is with the following real-life example:
I worked with a woman who used to see her physiotherapist twice a week and her chiropractor every fortnight for back pain.
Since learning TRE and practising it just a few minutes a day, she now saves:
Time spent travelling to appointments
Time waiting in the waiting room
Time of the actual treatment
Time at reception to pay/arrange the next appointment
Time spent travelling home
The cost of paying for ongoing sessions – over weeks if not months or even longer
The cost of petrol, parking, taxis or public transport
And most importantly – and that's priceless – she no longer needs to rely on external treatments to feel better
This is one example.
Are you inspired to see how that plays out in your life?

And now I invite you to compare this with learning TRE – once learned, it's a tool for life, so it's a one-off investment in yourself.
As for your time investment in TRE – it's entirely up to you.
Some clients practise every day, others a few times a week, sometimes for two minutes, sometimes longer.
Practising TRE is never a chore once you've experienced how you feel after a shake.
That's what I love about TRE.
TRE is not a treatment — it’s empowerment.
My role is to guide and teach, so once you’ve learned TRE safely, you can be in control of your own health and well-being, because you have gained the ability to support yourself.
TREmendous, non?
I truly believe:
"When the student is ready, the teacher will appear."
And in my case - as I teach, rather than treat:
"When the student is truly ready, the teacher will disappear."
If this resonates with you and you’d like to explore whether TRE is right for you, I invite you to reach out.
Last but not least:
I want to make clear that I totally understand if you want to outsource healing and prefer seeing a physio, counsellor, massage therapist etc. on a regular basis - if you are happy, absolutely fine!
I'm here to offer an alternative
An alternative for those of you who:
are fed up popping pills to mask the pain
want to be proactive, rather than lingering on a long waiting list
want to take ownership of their health and well-being
want to trust and rely on their body and its innate wisdom
If that's the case for you, I'm here for you.
TRE is for those ready to let go of tension and stress in a natural, body-led way and if this resonates with you, I invite you to get in touch or book a fact-finding chat.
Natural. Innate. TREmendous.
